 Community Garden

As a church we are committed to our local community and to valuing the environment The Cottage in the Graveyard Community Garden was established in April 2009, as a joint partnership between St Stephens Newtown and the local community to express these values. The community garden meets at 10am on Saturday mornings.

Junior Jivers

Junior Jivers is a half hour music and movement group for children under 5, meeting in the Erskineville Village Church Building.
The group runs every Monday at 10am during public school terms (including pupil free days).It’s a fun session that includes singing, playing instruments, movement, dancing and stories (including simple bible stories.) Parents and carers join in with their children, providing a great opportunity to enjoy singing and dancing together. No previous musical experience is required and everyone is welcome!

Cost is $2 per week per child – to a maximum of $5 per week for a family. You are also welcome to pay for a whole term up front at a discounted price. Please contact hello@neac.com.au for more details

This money helps to cover the cost of music, materials and equipment used in the group.

Kids Club

Friday afternoons during school terms from 3.30-5.30pm. Primary school children enjoy games and activities. For more information contact hello@neac.com.au
